Frequently Asked Questions

  • What furniture can you supply?

We have an extensive range of commercial furniture, much of which is listed on this website. Should you require a specific product and cannot find it on this website we are happy to try to source it from one of our many manufacturers and importers.

  • How do I get more information about your range of products?

Simply contact me by phone or email. I will then provide you more information about any products of interest.

  • How much do your products cost?

Low overheads allow us to pass savings onto our customers. Given our wide range of furniture and other factors such as number required, optional features, preferred finishes and transport costs, we prefer to price each project individually. Prices can generally be provided within 24 hours of an enquiry being received.

  • Do you supply products to country SA regions and interstate?

Yes, we have supplied furniture to a large number of clients in regional SA areas and also to interstate clients. If required we can also arrange transport and installation at cost effective prices.
  • Do you have a showroom?

No, after having a showroom for several years I recently decided to operate the businesss from my home in Norwood. This has allowed me to reduce my overheads and thereby provide more competitive prices. Clients are welcome to visit my home office by appointment to inspect a select number of chair samples, but after the initial conversation I generally prefer to deliver a range of chairs to the client or, for larger items such as melamine furniture and modular screens, to arrange a visit to one of our previous projects or to one of our manufacturer’s showrooms.

  • Are all of your products manufactured in South Australia?

No, but where practical and price-effective we do try to give priority to local companies. Whilst we still source a number of items from overseas, many of our chairs and most of our melamine products and modular screens are manufactured either in Adelaide or interstate.

  • What is the lead time on your products?

The lead time varies according to the nature of the project. Where the required products are stocked in SA we can generally arrange delivery within two working days. Products needing to be manufactured in Adelaide or interstate generally require a lead time of about four weeks and imported products such as church seating can take up to approximately fourteen weeks.

  • Are you able to provide referees from previous projects?

Yes, we are more than happy to provide contact details for clients who have undertaken projects of a similar nature to the one that you might be planning.
